## Summary

Founding in 1985 Ti Foods began operations in 1985 in Toronto, selling canned goods, rice and noodles to the Thai, Laotian, Cambodian and Vietnamese local communities. Expansion & Entry Into Mainstream Through the 1990s and early 2000s, the company experienced a sales boom as Canada witnessed high immigration from Asia and mainstream consumers started experimenting with Asian cuisines. Ti Foods started catering to a much larger Asian demographic and in 2002 formally entered mainstream retail stores in Ontario. Move to Markham By 2005, Ti Foods had outgrown its previous warehouse. We upsized to a larger high-ceiling warehouse in Markham, Ontario – which continues to be Ti Foods' home till date. This modern facility functions as our master warehouse as well as office space for all our employees. PE Investment In 2021, Nova Vida GP Inc, an Ontario-based investment firm, completed the acquisition of Ti Foods. The additional investment and access to more operational expertise has strongly positioned Ti Foods for greater expansion & dominance of the growing Asian food market. And in 2023, Natasha Ahluwalia was appointed as President & CEO
