Estd. in 1961, Samsher & Gangadevi Tea Co. (Pvt.) Ltd. is a family owned and operated, vertically integrated Tea company based in Nepal's easternmost district of Jhapa. We cultivate tea in our own plantations (known as estate), and process the picked leaves into finished product, mainly Black Tea, Green Tea. We employ a workforce of over 1000 permanent and seasonal workers, and employ sustainable agricultural practices with minimal use of FAO approved agro-chemicals. Our teas are free of pesticide residue, and passes stringent EU MRL requirements.
