Forward Deployed AI Partner
Own a handful of customers, end to end.
Deployment
Dublin, Ireland
Also known internally as a deployment partner. You will work closely with a handful of Talio customers, own their success, and turn what you learn inside their business into new use cases for our agents.
About Talio
Talio builds AI agents that help food and beverage companies sell more, innovate faster and run better. We are building the AI operating system for the industry: specialised agents that research markets, find opportunities, analyse trends, support sales and automate everyday work.
We are a small team in Ireland working with mid-market and enterprise customers who are moving AI agents out of pilots and into the systems that run their business. Small team. Big ambition.
About the role
A forward deployed AI partner sits with the customer rather than behind the product. You will be assigned a small number of accounts and be personally responsible for how well Talio works inside each one: how the agents are adopted, what value they create, and what should come next.
Half of the job is customer success in the truest sense: making sure the people using Talio get results and can point to them. The other half is discovery. By spending real time inside a business you will find the problems nobody has articulated yet, and work with engineering to turn them into new use cases, new agent capabilities or new data we need to bring in.
This is an in-person role. We work together from our Dublin office, and you will regularly be on site with your customers.
What you’ll actually do day to day
Own a handful of customers personally. You are the person those teams call, and the person accountable for whether Talio is working for them.
Get agents adopted, not just deployed. Onboard teams, sit with the people doing the work, and remove whatever is stopping them from using the agents every day.
Report on value clearly. Track what changed for the customer, and present it back to their leadership and to us in a way that stands up to scrutiny.
Find the next problem worth solving. Map how the business actually runs, identify where manual work still sits, and shape the use cases that follow.
Bring it back to the product team. Translate what you see into requirements: new agent capabilities, new integrations, or additional data we need to solve the problem properly.
Grow the relationship. As value compounds, expand Talio into more teams and workflows alongside the commercial team.
Our team and culture
We are a small team in Ireland, and the words the team uses about working here are fast, connected, collaborative, organised, inventive and adaptable. Deployment, engineering and commercial work on problems together, and nobody is far from a customer.
We hope you
Are genuinely comfortable in front of customers, from the people doing the work to their senior leadership.
Take personal responsibility. A small number of accounts will be yours, and their outcomes will be visible.
Are analytical enough to measure value honestly and explain it simply.
Are technical enough to understand how agents, systems and data fit together, and to work credibly with engineers. You do not need to write production code.
Are curious about how businesses run, and happy spending time on site to find out.
Have the right to work in Ireland. We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
The good, and the honest truth
The good part is closeness. You will know a handful of businesses better than almost anyone outside them, and you will see your work change how they operate. Much of what Talio builds next will come from what you find.
The honest part is that the responsibility is personal. When a deployment stalls, it is yours to unblock, and that means travel, difficult conversations and problems that are as much about people and process as they are about software.
If that sounds like the job you want, send us a short note on a customer or project you took real ownership of, and why this role interests you.
