Founder’s Associate
Work on what matters most.
Operations
Dublin, Ireland
Work directly with the founders across the highest-priority parts of Talio. No two weeks will look the same.
About Talio
Talio builds AI agents that help food and beverage companies sell more, innovate faster and run better. We are building the AI operating system for the industry: specialised agents that research markets, find opportunities, analyse trends, support sales and automate everyday work.
We are a small team in Ireland working with mid-market and enterprise customers. Small team. Big ambition.
About the role
You will work directly with the founders across the highest-priority parts of the company. Rather than sitting in one department, you will work wherever you can have the greatest impact, which means no two weeks look the same.
It is the closest view you can get of how an early-stage technology company is actually built.
This is an in-person role. We work together from our Dublin office, and you will also spend time on site with customers and at company events.
What you’ll actually do day to day
Support customer projects. Help move major deployments forward, from preparation through to follow-up with the customer team.
Research markets and accounts. Look into new industries and opportunities, and turn what you find into something the team can act on.
Help win business. Prepare proposals and presentations, and help progress live sales opportunities and partnerships.
Run things end to end. Company events, customer programmes and new initiatives, owned properly rather than assisted with.
Work on the numbers. Analyse company performance and support investor communications alongside the founders.
Take projects off the founders’ plates. Operational problems that need someone reliable to simply solve them.
Our team and culture
We are a small team in Ireland, and the words the team uses about working here are fast, connected, collaborative, organised, inventive and adaptable. Decisions get made in days, and everyone spends time close to customers through site visits, implementations and events.
We hope you
Are highly organised, analytical and commercially minded.
Are comfortable moving between very different problems and figuring things out without a playbook.
Communicate clearly in writing, in presentations and in front of customers.
Are early in your career and want broad exposure to AI, startups, enterprise sales and company building. Engineering experience is not required, but a real interest in technology is.
Have the right to work in Ireland. We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
The good, and the honest truth
The good part is unusual access. You will sit beside the founders on the decisions that matter, and learn more in a year than most roles teach in three.
The honest part is that the role is deliberately undefined. Some weeks are strategic and some are unglamorous, and the work is only useful if you take ownership of it rather than waiting to be directed.
If that sounds like the job you want, send us a short note on what you have taken ownership of before and why this role interests you.
